I almost forgot! I tried blood sausage yesterday at dinner! It was on my list of things to try here in Argentina. It was not what I was expecting it to be but it was good. Very rich and smooth. I didn't order it but my friend did and he let me try some. He also let me try some intestines! Haha, I also liked those even though they were kinda chewy. Definitely something I would like to try again!
